To ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone who engages with our services, The Eden Foundation implements the following key measures:

  • Training: Regular safeguarding training is provided to all staff, volunteers, and trustees to ensure they can recognise and respond to concerns appropriately
  • Designated Safeguarding Leads: Each of our services has a designated safeguarding lead responsible for managing concerns and liaising with external agencies
  • Policies and Procedures: Comprehensive safeguarding policies and procedures are in place and reviewed regularly to ensure they reflect current legislation and best practice
  • Safe Environments: We maintain safe physical environments with appropriate supervision, risk assessments, and health and safety measures across all our premises
